What is covered by the warranty?
For a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, LONE CONE guarantees all products to be free of manufacturer's defects. A qualifying defect is one that results in loss of product function. Examples include split seams, leaks, and stuck or broken closures.
What is NOT covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover product damage resulting from improper use or storage. Normal wear and tear that does not materially alter the product's function does not qualify for coverage. Warranty claims for orders that have already been refunded or replaced by Amazon will be denied.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Complete and submit the online claim form. Please be sure to provide your Amazon Order ID to ensure we can process your inquiry as quickly as possible. You may be asked to provide a photo of the product defect. Upon proof of purchase, and at LONE CONE's sole discretion, we will refund your purchase.

Why doesn't my discount code work?
Check that you entered the code exactly as it was provided, including capitalization. Note that only one (1) Lone Cone discount code can be used at a time. Also, if you have redeemed a specific code before, it will not work again.
Note that discount codes will only apply to one (1) LONE CONE item in you cart.

I bought the wrong size / color. How do I make an exchange?
Unfortunately, Amazon does not support a simple exchange process. Instead, you can initiate a return through your Amazon order history and then place a new order for the product you’d like to receive instead. This process must be initiated within 30 days of your original purchase.
There's an issue with the item I received. How do I return it?
Damaged or defective items should not be returned, because Amazon occasionally misroutes them to sellable inventory, where they may be shipped to another customer. Please dispose of the damaged product and submit a Warranty Claim.

Note that our sizing may not be consistent with other brands. To find the right fit, measure your child's foot length, in inches. We recommend having your child stand on a piece of paper, with their heel at one edge. Draw a line at their toes and measure the distance of that line from the paper's edge.
Lone Cone Waders Size Chart
Measure your child's foot length in inches, using the method described above. Next, measure their inseam (from the crotch to the inside of the sole of the foot). You can also measure the inseam of a pair of well-fitting pants. Finally, measure the fullest part of you child's chest to determine its circumference.

This can be done using a piece of string. Wrap the string around your calf, mark the length where the ends meet, and measure the string.
How do I care for my LONE CONE product?
We pride ourselves on delivering quality, durable products. These simple tips will ensure your LONE CONE items last as long as possible.
• Do not expose rain boots to extreme heat (i.e. stored in direct sun or by a heating vent), as this can cause the natural rubber to break down prematurely.
• Clean dirty boots with a soft cloth or sponge and warm, soapy water. Machine washing is not recommended.
• If footwear gets wet inside, remove the insole to speed up drying time.
• The interior of our lunchboxes can be wiped down with warm, soapy water or a mild disinfectant. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely after washing.
• Rinse and dry waders after use to help prevent mildew and odor caused by microbes and other contaminants commonly found in natural bodies of water.
